METABOLIC CIRCUIT TRAINING
The cornerstone of every TFW workout is the signature TFW warmups. The most neglected and forgotten piece to every workout is an extensive warmup to get the cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular and nervous system. We warmup so we don't get hurt. The TFW system is comprised of both strength and metabolic workouts.
5 am, 6 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am & 4:30 pm
Saturday - 7 am
Monday & Thursday - Strength Training
Tuesday & Saturday - Metabolic Training
Wednesday - Conditioning
Friday & Sunday- Rest
